HOW IT WORKS

1.- Complete the Online Intake Form. You may include an agreed upon amount for child support or this may be left blank and the court will set the amount of child support.

You may also indicate the property you will keep and that which your spouse will keep as well as how credit card accounts, auto loans and other debts will be paid. If you are unsure at this time, you may leave this section blank and you and your spouse may complete the marital settlement agreement later in ball point pen. We will complete the form however you request.

2.-Your completed documents are sent to you within 48 hours.

3.-After receiving your completed divorce forms, simply sign, notarize and send in to the court using the enclosed pre-addressed envelope.
